SHIPPING POLICY – TinyTastes™

This Shipping Policy governs the delivery conditions of products purchased on corvelan.com and applies to all orders placed from any country.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the event of exceptional delays, we will contact you via email.


2. DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time, once the order has been processed, is:

6 to 10 business days (standard international shipping)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs procedures

  • National holidays

  • Logistical incidents beyond the control of TinyTastes™


3. SHIPPING TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number

  • A link to check the status of the package

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete shipping address.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

TinyTastes™ ships to most countries worldwide.

However, some shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Local taxes

  • Customs inspections or holds

These costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer, and TinyTastes™ has no control over them.


5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERY

We are not responsible when:

  • The customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address

  • The package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s absence

  • The carrier returns the order due to inability to contact the recipient

In such cases, we may reship the order if the shipping costs are paid again.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

We will investigate the case with the shipping carrier.

If a loss or incident attributable to the carrier is confirmed, we may offer:

  • Free reshipment of the order
    or

  • A full refund of the amount paid (according to the customer’s preference)


7. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it may only be modified within the first 12 hours, provided it has not yet been processed.

After this period, modification or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
